I am thrilled and thankful to be leading this exciting and innovative community. I am inspired by our mission of providing an educational experience that is rigorous, rounded and relevant to our students. In my years at DBS I have been privileged to see the positive impact that the combination of various programs, qualified staff and excellent facilities has on our students. I have seen that DBS graduates are confident and go forth to meet the intellectual, social, and moral challenges that lie ahead, poised not only to do well in life, but also to do good in the world.
I believe that DBS is positioned to prepare graduates to become leaders in the 21st century. Through our new student centered and active learning approach our students hone essential skills like critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

As a means of informing and communicating, DBS provides you with a handbook for each division which is filled with the school's purpose, procedures, and operational policies.  Please be familiar with the types of information that are found in your handbook and refer to it when you have questions or need information.
